I only like/eat corn flakes rlly, used to like frosted flakes but the sugar frosting is much sweet for me now. Hvnt had corn flakes for a few yrs now, might be too empty calories for me now-as in my stomach grumbles shortly after eating when other food for breakfast typically doesn't do tat.
