Girl groups are absolutely killing it!! Boy groups unfortunately not so much (except TXT)

Relating to fandoms, almost everyone feels at each others throats. Too many stupid controversies.​

Being a kpop fan for 13 years, it really makes me realize how much it has changed in general. With that said I definitely agree girl groups are the ones that are killing it and besides my main boy groups that I stan I have not been paying attention to the rest of them

As someone who has been into kpop for 12 years I feel the same sentiment. The landscape really has changed.

The women and the news of 2NE1 really made it for me. I hope that comeback is this year.
Taeyeon and Red Velvet did not disappoint as always. aespa and Nayeon's albums really made a stamp on my playlists too.

BG solos are where im always planted. B.I, D.O, and Doyoung's albums are I think my fav bg solos this year. But B.A.P was the greatest return since sliced bread. And it was filled with pop ballads

GG always slaying as usual, the boy groups not so much but I still.like their songs, Definitely YGE is ruling the next few years with 2nd,3rd, 5th gen all together, BLACKPINK 4EVER
Red Velvet still giving beautiful songs such as Chill Kill and Cosmic

Been into Kpop for almost nearing 15yrs, and luckily the music still is good, that is aslong they don't mingle with folks of the US or EU when it comes to lyrics and producing.

Fandoms always been the same only thing different now is people have less of a filter when they talk online, but that isn't just strictly related to Kpop fandoms that is just people online in general.
