What kind of meat do you use for beef stroganoff? (1 Viewer)

Lots of cooking today.
I always used and had thin strips of beef, though I made a pork stroganoff with ground pork (it was so far removed from stroganoff though tbh. Like it included apples. Still yummy though).

I'm going to go out on a limb and say there is usually beef in my beef stroganoff.

Maybe this is why I'm not good at cooking.

In your beef stroganoff hopefully it’s beef. Pork stroganoff you can get away with pork ofc

I actually really like sour cream these days. Especially with pelmeni and borscht. I was less excited about it when younger though

Sour is good Besides, apart from the fact that spoiled milk and sour cream just plain different, can you really make that justification when you’ve tried maggot cheese?
