the songs that my neighbours loudly play every saturday and sunday. they aren't meant to make me laugh, but there is something about old polish songs and their lyrics that i can't take seriously. having to listen to a 40 year old song where the lyrics talk about swimming on an old boat and another just as old polish song where the lyrics say "i have wonderful parents, they're my friends" (and it's NOT a song for children) makes me never want to complain about the lack of meaningful songs in k-pop
