TBH the most traumatizing is mushrooms and any type of fish or seafood. When I was young, I was forced to eat fish a few times and it really did mess me up and my perception of fish.

That's what my family did to me with spaghetti, making me eat it and tomatoes which I DID NOT LIKE. I can't eat them until now, nor can I eat red sauce pasta.

I hate cinnamon, not because of anything that happened in childhood but because my job involves copious amounts of cinnamon
