It's just my favorite thing for a customer to act like they know more about my department than I do . Or they get mad when we don't have something they want and I just have to wonder what do they want me to do materialize it out of the air?

Bless retail workers and everyone else who has to deal with customer bs daily. It's a waste of a customer's own time to complain, when they could've spent that time looking for a store that does have it.

Today a customer yelled at a different department manager bc she had been on hold to pick up an order for 10 minutes. She got out of her car and screamed at him as he was helping load another customer. They have no patience.

Reporting to the police when they get aggressive is a good idea.
You shouldn't have to put up with that rot.
