Mine was horrible I am terrified of house lizards and one day my uncle left me alone with my grandma for ONE DAY and that was the day 3 lizards entered the hall, one at the doorway, one at the front door and one in the middle under the bed. the gate was locked so when my uncle came at night, I had to run out, open those doors and open that gate. I saw a 4th lizard run across the ground outside and ANOTHER on the gate, I just wanted to disappear , it was the worst

welp, i have emetophobia so going to work can be really challenging, especially when a stomach bug/flu is going around

I don't know if this counts but I have a specific phobia of getting sick so in general if I see someone that is I have this horrible anxiety that I will

I was in boy scouts and we were doing night vision practises in a pitch black room and one of the other boys had bought his scout knife with him. He was little messed up and when we were supposed to touch each other to feel where we were in the room he stabbed me

It’s not a phobia necessarily, but something that started a fear in me of being scared of heights. I was climbing the rope at gymnastics and my hand missed the rope when I was close to the top. I was going fast so I almost lifted the other hand off which would have been very very bad. Since then I’ve been scared of heights

i have a problem with paranoia so sometimes it's hard to sleep at night because i think there's someone in my room or my house
some nights i don't get any sleep or barely get any because it gets so bad that i hallucinate shadows and footsteps

when I was nine, I was chased down by the neighbor's angry Chihuahua from hell. A little backstory: I think he had something against us for some reason, especially me, bc whenever I got out of the car or he saw me, he'd growl and yap incessantly. Anyway, one day, I was just minding my own business in the front yard (idr what I was doing there, this was 1995) when he all of a sudden CHARGED straight at me as if to attack. Luckily, my parents were with me, so they were able to rush me inside before he could get his paws on me... but I was left with a fear of aggressive dogs. I mean, who isn't, tbh? But I go into flight mode whenever I hear an angry bark. Even if they're chained up, I run for cover bc I have this fear of them breaking free and attacking.

Thats really sucks, I never knew of this phobia, it would definitely be worse when there is a sickness going around

Maybe you could get a bunch of cameras and get to watch them in your room so that you'll always know whats going on around the house?

oh god, I 100% understand, dogs are just scary in general and way more so if they come at you and considering you were young, it makes sense its now a phobia chihuahuas are satans spawns
