Well, Helene Fischer (at the beginning of the video) is one of the better Schlager singers, that's for sure.

Mainstream media producers often have a rather limited horizon when they talk about musical genres they really don't know. If I would believe the German television, there would be only two K-Pop groups and one K-Pop soloist: BTS, Blackpink, Psy.


Metal is often noisy, but it can be very melodic too.

but anyway, I'd say either heavy metal or rap

Country music is great. What we really need to do is get rid of really heavy rap. If it's like Doja Cat or Ice Spice levels of rapping, it's fine, but if it's too "aggressive" (for lack of a better way to describe what I mean), then cast it into the fire and destroy it.

It depends. I don't listen to the old country classics, but I like some modern Country musicians like Chris Stapelton (listen to 'White Horse'), Brooke Lee ('I've Been Thinking'), Bailey Zimmerman ('Fall In Love'), Lady Antebellum.
