Try new things, even if they might sound scary
Always be there for you family
Friends come and go but the real ones stay
in the end everything is gonna be fine, no matter how hard times might be :)

and maybe some advice:
stop annoying your sister so much
take the medicine, IT WORKS !!! , just keep taking them!!

do your drivers license

Exercising feels really nice in the end. It's just the motivation to actually go there. My motivation is somewhere on the bottom of the ocean
Also I feel awkward exercising among other people. That's also a reason I'm not doing it. I just wish I had a few of those exercising things at home.
