what's a crazy school rule you have/had (1 Viewer)

in honor of back-to-school month, and inspired by @Snailmin thread about a crazy new rule at her school, what are some crazy rules at yours?

At my first middle school, we were only allowed to go to our lockers like once per day... or twice, if we got lucky. And our workloads were pretty massive for middle school, so you can probs imagine I was sore by the end of each day. My middle school when I moved states was way more lenient about that with a more middle-school-appropriate workload. Go figure lol

Can't ever pull out technology in class
I get why teachers wouldn't want phones in their class, but some teachers won't allow us to take out our computer to complete homework or access answer keys after the lesson and lecture is finished, which I personally find annoying

No phones, no food (they give us food but we are not allowed to bring our own)
The teachers are able to open any locker in the school if they think the student has something forbidden in there (at take it away) teachers can throw out student who have a bad behavior. And alot more

We had this stamp book for using the restroom or going to our locker and we wouldn’t get penalized bc we forgot smth and some other stuff and there weren’t a lot so if u ran out of them u would have to hold it in 💀
