It's a type of sponge cake soaked in three kinds of milk: condensed, evaporated, and whole milk. It originates in some Latin American country. It's so light and fluffy!

Fish cakes. They sound so gross but chaeryeon talked about loving them and they came with my food at a Korean Restraunt in Salt Lake City. They don't taste anything like fish. They are so good!

But the idea of fish eggs doesn't really seem very appealing to me tbh

I think the fanciest seafood I've had is calamari (too salty imo)

I want to try Korean food SO BADLY. There's a local Korean restaurant that's not very expensive and right by my school, I just never have the time to go...😭 And it's the only one in my area for miles that isn't apart of an Asian mix cuisine (there are too many of those and it's usually mostly Chinese and the most popular foods from a few other countries)

I just looked at the menu on their website and they don't have any fish cakes though...

I have to go to the next state over to get good Korean food. There's a good Tai place here and a Hokaido. After living in California I realize I've moved to asian food purgatory...

That's interesting...I don't think they'll serve that where I live though, especially being in a land-locked state.

No, I like seafood. It depends on what it is though.
I really like crab, catfish is a safe option and coconut shrimp hits different.
