Because YG use starvation techniques to milk their fanbases so they can get more money.

It's obvious that the Blackpink members wanted to put out more music and content for their fans, but YG just shoves them into a basement and waits two years before releasing anything.

It has to be intentional. It's just not a release cadence I can stand to support.

But i truly understand this. Ofc i have no place to talk, since we are so full as Stray Kids fans, they usually have two comebacks nowadays. In their case i would tell jyp to let the fans starve a bit... But i'm still fucking happy for comebacks.

Honestly it was sad to see the clip where Jennie said she wants to sing more but they dont have more songs. The starvation tactic is not that dumb, let's the stars do tours which brings a lot of money to the company. But the version YG does is kinda dumb, because they barely release much music even WHEN they release music. Most of their stuff are single albums, until "The Album" released 4 years after their debut. "The Album" has 8 tracks, out of which Ice Cream and How u like that was released previously, so 6 new songs only. I don't even wanna compare it to other singers' full album, cause it would make a mockery out of them, and YG does that enough. They always say they need time to make the perfect music, but two years?

Seventeen. I just never followed through with it and eventually started liking their releases less and less so there was no incentive to try

I liked their fun songs during debut. Their songs still slap, but somehow i just didn't follow them so much.

Oh i loved Hi High and So What too, but the latest one wasn't my fave.

oh yeah, I seriously considered IZ*one because I like many of the members and now that I know them better I'm sure I would have loved the group

But yeah the temporary thing I can't handle either

Iz*one songs we're always a hit, but as i said before i don't wanna cry at their disbandment after only two years in stanning them.

I think i liked one other song from their album besides i am, but i gotta listen again. Their title tracks are really good tho.

SF9 but even after watching varieties I just never really got that into them

TT I liked their debut era so much too and Tear Drop after Kingdom.

I loved WJSN's Happy and Secret, but didn't really keep up with them. T-ara is so good, but a lil bit disco, depends if u vibe with it xD

I do listen to Ateez, but not every song is my fave.... But i like some of their title tracks, might listen to some b sides to see.

No, but their company seems to have lost interest in them for some reason. We keep getting news that Everglow is planning for a comeback but nothing happens. It’s been going on for so long now.

Ateez - I just don't have the time nor energy. Love their music though.

Itzy - loved their songs and then they got weird with sneakers onward lol. Lost interest pretty quick.

Exo - I think the initial crazystans phase scared me away. Mind, this was a looooong time ago. Things are different now. But it goes back to: no energy nor time now.

I think they attracted more multis/casuals than actual dedicated fans who would spend money, etc... Likely did not help their cause.
