bro was so TERRIBLE in the beginning, actually vile. but they dumbed down his character by the end of his run on the show. honestly probably just due to not knowing what to do w/ peter anymore so they were throwing him around and seeing what sticks. but he became this goofy fool and his friendship with riley i thought was really nice. i was probably brainwashed by the show to forget peter's past to think he's an alright guy now and i fell for it lmao

almost in a similiar style, alex also from degrassi. i love her so much in the beginning she was pretty awful. at one point it almost seemed like the show was just gonna ignore this huge plot point that she was 100% apart of but not hold her accountable for it. and they really never did but they at least had a mini plot where they made her acknowledge how shitty she was in the past and to face the front on. but watching her character grow, i really loved her and i wish the show did her more justice bc .... 😭 MY GIRL DESERVED BETTER !!!
