People are talking about some incident where the boys were threatened and showed a video of a "laser" being pointed at Felix. Idk, they are saying the boys are in danger and it seems to be the laser from a laser pointer. Which is probably likely to cause confusion, brief blindness and disorientation. I just feel like they are saying it in a way that makes it seem like the boys have had a laser target on them, if you know what I mean. Hopefully the boys will keep their heads down or covered up until the problem is completely solved.

They're talking about a white "laser" which happens to be from a simple laser pointer...Idk I feel like people are creating a scenario a bit different than reality.

OML, it was a laser pointer Do people not know how they work?! To do actual damage it has to be a certain strength and shown DIRECTLY into the eyes. I seriously doubt your average cutesy laser pointer that one can purchase has enough power to do that kind of damage UNLESS you purposely or directly look into it.

They are probably playing down the situation since it's not the laser from a weapon . Thank god it isn't.

Typically, when someone says someone had a laser on them it's a red laser with a gun attached to it... I feel like they are creating a different situation or scenario by just assuming things and making it sound a bit different than it is.

Like I said before, laser pointers like the one the accuser used typically can't do serious damage in the situation the boys were in. Them moving so fast and the accuser only pointing at them in a very shaky manner.

I read those as far as the last one right before what you quoted was also this "A beam shone directly into a person’s eye can instantly cause damage, especially if the laser is a powerful one." Shining a laser in someone's face can cause damage but typically it has to be a bit more precise than shaking so vigorously at fast moving people. Also this "Momentary exposure from an inadvertent sweep across a person's eyes causes only temporary flash blindness but this can be dangerous during some activities. For example, a driver might experience momentary blindness or startle or panic when flashed with a laser." It's dangerous yes but the chances of it causing permanent damage are much more slim than if they were up close and could have the laser on their eyes for a longer period of time. Stay need to make sure they know what they are sending to JYP. It will look bad for us if they sent info that isn't completely word for word. This gives companies like them excuses.

Yeah, if they happened to have it grazed across their face in the right way, they'd probably be very confused and disoriented. Also, I went back and reworded my comments to be a bit more reasonable and in a more polite manner. I was just so angry I couldn't think straight enough to post about it in a more understandable manner.

Every commercially available laser pointer has a dot size that increases by a fixed amount based on distance. Also I found the video used in all the "laser" posts and if you watch it's literally bugs illuminated by the intense lighting the fans are using.

I'mma be honest. When I saw it at first, I was like "that's just a reflection from something metal or someone's phone." It's more like a flashlight than laser. Like I originally stated but changed I seriously think they are making this something it's not and instilling fear on everyone. Also, every laser pointer I've ever seen was red.
