The word “exercise” in Korean. It’s 운동, pronounced undong. I was having trouble remembering to I decided to make a way to remind me. I came up with this. Un in Spanish =a/an. Dong=dong. Who are stereotyped as exercising a lot? Men. Who have a dong usually. Therefore exercising is un dong If anyone’s curious I haven’t forgotten the word since.

anyway, there's a macaroni version called farfalle (or butterfly pasta), and when I was learning Italian, that's how I remembered the word for "butterfly" - farfalle!

tbh while learning new things, I will automatically find SOMETHING to remember it by , its shape or that it looks like smth or by its pronounciation

I find that with Korean I remember the shape of the syllables more than the pronunciation

Same the pronounciation is losing me, on duolingo its pronounced 1 way and then on youtube, someone pronounces way different and thats when I give up
