Just a question I've been thinking about lately, while I've been dealing with family members who are never happy about anything.

It can be big or small. I just want to think about things that bring joy.

I'll start: I've been having a lot of fun taking a new cardio boxing class. It's nice to find a form of cardio that makes me excited to go to the gym.
