I already have an hard time Spelling in English but my Punctuations are abysmal. (Don't drop out of school people)

I tend to lose patience while doing something, for example, if I have to write a long text, I will get lazy and just give up..

Also, I sometimes get triggered easily, I always think that people are thinking the worst about me.
