Honestly that's perfectly natural and I hope you're doing safe ways of losing it. I've been a bit obsessed with mine and I count calories to lose weight safely but remember that you're doing it for yourself and only you.

I literally played giddy up by the boyz and Get it by the boyz and I compleltey forgot my stereo had a working knob

Which means there is no such thing as volume control. Make your heart beat rhythmic to the music and your cells dance to it. Also wake up the neighborhood. They'll move and you can find solace in playing your music as loud as youd like

I try to starve myself or throw up from time to time.

Anytime I get sick to my stomach I legit pray I'll have diarrhea or throw up.

I wouldn't be able to do anything without my glasses, or almost anything, so not wearing glasses is not for me.

But my list of unhealthy things is rly long;

• Skipping breakfast
• Replacing meals with snacks
• Not wearing mittens during winter- using smartphone is more important than red and painful fingers, right?
• Sitting in horrible positions
• Going to grocery shopping only when fridge has been empty over a day

I strive to be that cheesy at some point in my life.
At least, cheesiness is seen as a positive trait here.
Feeding sandwiches to your significant other, hugging them every now & then, & playing romantic music when you're doing the deed.

WEAR YOUR FRIGGIN MITTENS.

Also mood. Fries aren't a full dinner but I get it a kids meal and call it 3 meals in a day.

From the pictures I've seen of you, you seem perfectly healthy to me.
So don't beat yourself over it.
You're fine as you are, & should work towards accepting yourself more.
