I used to take Ambien but then I would sleep through my alarm so stopped.
My cousin recommended I get a Cpap machine but it freaks me out so idk >.>

It’s not what normally messes with my sleep tbh. I just feel tired all the time, it’s my default

It’s been a thing since I was a preteen tbh My friends told me that in a school field trip I managed to fall asleep mid sentence. Took me a while to believe them though, but they don’t generally lie
