If a human became pasta, like their veins and bones and all that were noodles and their blood was sauce, and said human was eaten by another human… would that be cannibalism?

Wow... ummm... yes, it would still be cannibalism. The important question is would the taste change with each race? Would Italians taste like spaghetti? Japanese like Ramen?
