For me I’d say your first one. Or “move on”. People always tend to give advise that’s just stupid or easier said than done.
Your 2nd one is an example of a stupid one thag makes no sense. And your 3rd is just awful. That person can choke

i struggled with my weight at one point in my life and talked about it a lot only for my friend to tell me that in order to become thin i should just start smoking. i assumed she was joking so i said it was the dumbest sh*t i've heard in my life and then she told me she was serious... we were also minors at that time
