Black olives are delicious! The flavor is more balanced than your regular olives and I particularly find them more fleshy (?) if that makes sense.

right? I think green olives are a bit sour sometimes, so I´m not a big fan of them, though I eat them when "I have to", but I adore black olives, in salads, just plain ... anything.

If you don't like Olives or mushrooms, you should try sweet corn at least. The corn+cheese combo wins in whatever you want to eat but esp. empanadas or quesadillas.
