Borscht. Ketchup does not belong in borscht. Like I’m pretty open usually to modifications to recipes viewed as more traditional, but that crosses a line. And I’ve seen a recipe online with my own eyes that uses ketchup in borscht

The blood sausage also has raisins in it, which also is kinda sweet.
It takes nothing like a normal sausage. (or at least nothing like salami or chorizo)

it is pretty much my country's version of what Brits call "blood pudding".

I also love pastelitos too (my favorites are meat and chicken for savory and also guava and cream cheese for sweet *that is the only way I like eating guava and it reminds me of cheesecake in a way*)
