I feel that too. These days i;m been snacking the heck out of my Oreos stash, and I'm going to get sushi tomorrow.

Hmmm I don't remember ever having a food comfort food seeing as I'm skinny and rarely panic eat... Sleep is my comfort activity tho, or playing video games. Both of those usually make me forget anything/everything I'm going through. Tho sleeping makes me think of it a bit.

Anything cold. So it's usually between ice-cream and iced drinks. I don't know why the cold makes me feel more comfortable but whenever I'm stressed or upset, I buy an ice-cold drink or ice-cream and my mood automatically lifts.

Ah, I can't sleep if I'm stressed, so eating or games is what I do. I like eating more haha
