that "plus.pl" icon on my homescreen is so annoying and i want to delete it so bad but it's installed by my phone network provider so it shows up no matter what. i don't even know what that app is for yet it looks like a bug is sitting on my phone i hate it

Have you tried a different launcher like Nova?

Good luck! You can always uninstall Nova Launcher and automatically revert to your factory launcher if things don't work out for you.
