Trains. I’m really close to a large train station, so it’s easier for me to get a train to somewhere out of my city for the day than it is to get multiple buses to somewhere within it.

tram or a bus, i never owned a car so these are pretty much my only choices

I like driving our own car. As for public transport, pretty much the only thing that can get you around the city without delay is a taxi so I have no choice. In our capital city I drove the metro and it was definitely my fave ever by far, but sadly it doesn't exist where I live.
