quesadillas, Bratwurst, krumkakes (Norwegian cookies - my mom's bestie makes the best ones!), Stroopwaffels (Dutch wafers that look like mini waffles), orange chicken, pad Thai, yaki udon, and japchae. I also like a lot of Mediterranean cuisines like Italian, Greek, and Lebanese. Oh, and anything Indian that's not spicy!

I absolutely love Indian food, especially vegetable curries, biryani, dahi vada and vindaloo

Rice cake soup, hotteok, chicken tikka masala, cape Malay koeksisters, lamingtons, Cuban Mojo Pork, and lamb Kabsa are some of my favorites.

Köttbullar (Sweden), Königsberger Klopse (origin: the former German city of Königsberg, now Kaliningrad, Russia), Spaghetti Bolognese (Italy),
T-Bone Steak with Mushrooms Cream Sauce (USA), Teriyaki Salmon (Japan). My favorite side dish is Jasmine rice (Thailand). My favorite drink is Gunpowder Green Tea (China).
