When I'm sick, it's all Oatmeal, all the time. I add wheat bran, wheat germ, flax and hemp as well. And I use the sprouted Oats. DELICIOUS!!! One of my fav things to eat and one of the only things I feel like when I'm sick. Luckily I don't get sick very often... the last time was COVID, but before that... I can't even remember...
