What’s Your Favorite Valentine’s Day Outfit? (1 Viewer)

Hello! I decided to dress up for Valentine’s Day today because I thought it would be fun, and was wondering if anyone else did that too, or it’s just me. If so, what are you wearing, or what was your favorite thing you wore for Valentine’s Day in the past? I’d love to know.

For me, I’m wearing a light pink, flowy, miniskirt as a shirt*, with a lacy white shrug so it’s not completely strapless, and a white tank top underneath to keep me warm. I sadly didn’t have any clean pants or other skirts that were pink or red and clean, so I decided to wear a white and black, knee length flower skirt with black leggings underneath to keep my legs warm. To finish it all off, I have some light pink flats. It’s not 100% the most cohesive outfit in the world, but it’s pretty cute and I like it.

Random tip, but if you own skirts, one of the biggest ways you can expand your wardrobe without spending a penny more is to wear a miniskirt as a shirt. This works pretty well with most skirts, but will have the best results if the skirt is flowy, stretchy or has elastic at the top/an elastic waistband. If you have a floor length skirt, wear it like a shirt and it’ll be transformed into a cute sundress (wear a belt over top of the skirt if you want your waist to be more defined). If you want to try this idea, but don’t like wearing strapless stuff, use the drawstring to make it into a halter top(if the skirt has one), or wear a shrug with it or a shirt underneath, whatever you want to do.

I have the opposite problem: I dress up for literally everything!
