They are the only SM bg who never really “hit it big” with a signature song. They had Dream, which did well, but it’s nowhere near TVXQ/SJ/EXO level. Their entire existence they lived under the shadow of BTS. They were hated by EXO fans because they thought SM was giving them preferential treatment over EXO but it didn’t amount to much. They just never had any significant impact in the industry, with nothing memorable to the public. They are better known to non-fans for their controversies rather than their songs. And SM will release another bg to take their place.

What did you like about NCT and any final thoughts about them as they stop being SM’s “latest boy group”?
