Personally, baking is more difficult to do than cooking but I prefer baking over cooking because it's also more fun.
Recently I tried making cookies again but they came out really dry (as usual ) but it's probably my oven's fault and not my baking skills *cough* it might actually be my baking skills *cough*

It's definitely harder than cooking since everything needs to be exact. Too little or too much of something can mess everything up

Personally, I hate going in the oven. My mom does it because she thinks I'm the devil and it will put me back where I belong but it hasn't worked so far.

I never tried it. I think the most I'd do would be buying those cookie dough cubes and just popping them in the oven

I like baking more than cooking because I'm anal retentive and like to measure and wrap things. I recently made creme caramels both using an oven and my Instant Pot. I used an oven because all the ramekins wouldn't fit into my IP and I didn't want to stagger the cook times. The IP is so much faster than a conventional oven.
