I was going to make a thread about facts schools taught incorrectly to you and I decided to double check that it’s true. It was more complicated than I thought, I thought it was semi complicated, but it was very complicated and also taught me I don’t know crap about what people in charge have done in my lifetime. So basically when I was taught the fact the validity of it depended on the country. Assuming the information was taken from the stance of the US at the time I was learning it the fact was incorrect, but if I was learning in present day the fact would be correct. But other countries disagree about that, present day and in the past. So yeah, not as basic as it seemed.
