When do you deem it to be socially acceptable to put up your Christmas decorations? (1 Viewer)

I've already seen a house with a Christmas tree and I'm like ???
We've just passed half of November, why?

But also, I have a week off so now I have the time to put up my stuff, but I'll probs do it on Saturday/Sunday.

So when do you deem it to be socially acceptable in your opinion? ​

I dont take part in it at all, but I always find it over the top when ppl begin to decorate in november

If the next holiday is Christmas then I don't see the issue since the longer you take to put them up the less you get out of them and if you really like decorating at Christmas then you might have some quite expensive decorations

when i drive to my grandma, there's someone whose garden is full of figurines, like not a single green patch visible.
They decided a couple of years ago that they have too much to tidy so they basically keep the deer figurines permanently in the garden

Oofff then I have to wait until December 6th technically, we have Sinterklaas, basically the Belgian-Dutch version of Santa Claus.
Back at home we waited till after Dec 6
