I was doing a study abroad in the 2019-2020 school year. I picked China as my first choice (it would start in 2020), but I’d didn’t get it and got my 2nd choice, which started in 2019. But in the long run I got lucky, China as a study abroad program would definitely not have been able to go through in 2020 and I would have lost my chance to study abroad. Lucky me

When it came time to picking colleges, I almost moved to another city for school for school. I instead chose to stay home and stay near my support systems which ended up working in my favour especially when medical issues arised
