And I mean someone right there had it worse, obviously someone somewhere in this world will have it worse at some point.

For me it was when I was returning to the US on a flight from Russia. I had to do customs forms, which were only in Russian for some reason. My Russian isn’t perfect, especially reading and writing, but a guy nearby knew absolutely no Russian. So as hard as it was for me, he had it worse for sure

Air bnb - needed the wifi password and to check in. The hosts spoke French and mines not all that great but at least I knew French

One time I was out at a gathering of sorts and a friend of mine at the time wanted to eat the same spicy wings I had. I told him they were really hot but he didn’t believe me (even though my eyes were watering) he took one bite, instantly got hiccups and drank his ice water within a few minutes to try to get rid of the heat.

He didn’t eat anymore after that.

recently went to paris, i had no idea how to get to a famous place but at least im french cz some tourists were definitely lost. I helped some of them that could speak some broken english but i think another couple further were speaking a language i didn't understand so i don't know if they were able to find their way lol
