Did you ever make up your own language? (I'm probably going to get a bunch of "no" answers, but whativs lol)

I had my own language as a tween. In sixth grade social studies, we learned all about European culture and history, and I was so fascinated by it that I decided to make up my own Euro language. lol I even had a name for it and the fictional country in which people would speak it. lol Yeah, I was... kind of immature for a middle schooler.

Not really, but the concept of creating your own language is actually cool.

yes i sure did, it was a mixture of pig latin and hieroglyphics but not actually.. it was really a bunch of shapes that i thought could make a language mixed w pig latin

I kind of did, when I was 8 years old or something.
I called it Tátulendskt and made up a country which was called Tátuland.
It was pretty much just gibberish mixed with Faroese, and it was kind of inspired by how Icelandic kind of sounds a bit like Faroese sometimes. And if I used a Faroese word in my Tátulendskt sentence, the word didn't have the same meaning as it would have in Faroese.
The written language was kind of inspired by Chinese, but the stuff I wrote was just scribbles. (it did not look like Chinese at all)
But the language was pretty much me making stuff up as I went.

I only remember the word "ur" (pronounced "oor"), which means "hi" (but in Faroese "ur" means "watch", as in "wrist watch" or "pocket watch")

I have conlanged a couple of times. The one I may be the proudest was a Gand language (for a Star Wars species).
