my family dosent know much abt k-pop so they judge it almost immediatly

I don't have a very judgmental family when it comes to kpop. well, they were at first when I started listening to BTS (calling them "those Korean boys" when they CLEARLY have a name and constantly asking me why I was listening to music that was mostly rap, which they can't stand), but as I got into more and more (Twice pun intended) groups and artists, they got used to the obsession and came to realize that kpop is my happy place.
