Little context, the manager handed them their mics and Jiwoo thought the manager said the mic is on so Jiwoo thought to not talk while backstage, but in reality the manager meant that she had to still turn on the mic. Lily half way Jiwoo her part gave her mic to Jiwoo, but the look on Haewon her face the moment Jiwoo didn't "sing". But in the end it gets light hearted as Jiwoo noticed and turned on her mic.

I am sure she is, nobody on earth can be angry with little cutie Jiwoo.
I do feel bad for her tho because she apologized so many times and even went live nearing 2am KR time, just to explain and then continued to say sorry for atleast 5 times

The fans were laughing when she explained she didn't turn on her mic so I am 100% sure she got zero hate for this. Last time Nmixx got hate, was also for performing at these Uni/ college festivals, but their managers decided to not tell the members themselves that they would cut off the music causing them to sing without any backing tracks. International Kpop fans were annoyed by it because they felt it was to show off Nmixx that they can sing live. And their management had wanted to exactly show off their vocals, but yeah they got hate for being too talented lol.
