And forget a totally reasonable place in favor of searching a nonsensical one.

I was looking for the pie pan and I looked in the normal places we keep it in at first. Then I was like idk where it is, I’ll search the other cabinets in case someone put them there for some unknown reason. I even checked the cabinet that we store garbage bags (clean ones, but still would be a very weird place). Until I realized that it might be in the dishwasher. Which it was Screw you dishwasher it obviously makes more sense to put a pie pan with the garbage bags. Said no one ever.
