Oh, but have any of y'all heard the song Don't Stop Believin' by Journey? Yanno, the one that starts off with the mention of a small town girl and a boy from Detroit? Well, can you believe that description actually fits my parents to a T??? lol My mom is from a small town near Joliet, Illinois called Morris, and my dad is actually from Detroit! (and ironically my mom can't stand that song, so it was never "their song")
