The worst was on my calf but I hear cramping on your abs hurt more.

I have just gotten on my calfs too and hurts. I usually slap and massage the calf a bit to reduce it

I don't remember the most painful one; but I do remember one on my jaw that worried me since it didn't want to go away and lingered for too long. Fortunately, I haven't gotten cramps for quite a while.
