I honestly don’t know what Yuehua is thinking. They at least send their girls to many gigs like festivals and what not but actual music releases are nil. Their other artists Yena and Tempest have comeback more often since everglow’s last release (i believe tpst had three comebacks since pirate happened).

And they both had their lightsticks released recently and everglow doesnt have one yet.

they haven’t nearly been around as long as eg. (well yena has been around longer than tpst but i am speaking of her as an active soloist since coming back to yuehua… as opposed to her izone days)

what I am saying is, eg is cleary on the backburner and not prioritized. That isn’t good and a waste of the girls time. I think they def want to comeback but yuehua’s management is in hell.

Honestly, I think it's a case of Yuehua getting some shiny new toys and not thinking much of the old ones. Both tpst and Yena are selling about 100k albums now while EG sells about 50k, and they managed to double what they are selling in the fraction of time.

That doesn't excuse them dumping EG though. They are still a very popular group with room to grow. I think EG has a lot of casual fan interest (their spotify streams are a lot better than Yena and Tpst), but has trouble converting it into fandom. Still though, with patience and a streamline of good activity going, they can grow. It's really a shame Yuehua doesn't seem to think it's worth it.
