I gotta say dark concepts. It's what turned me off of P1Harmony. Also noisy concepts, like Ateez's Wonderland. DGMW Ateez is still high up on my stanlist - it's just that one song. I'm surprised this already hearing-impaired girl didn't go even deafer! lol (please don't hate me!)

i don't dislike any particular concept tbh, but i do wish companies would do more with the retro concept than just disco or synthwave. granted, it isn't as oversaturated now as it was in 2020 when it felt like just about every group in existence was releasing an either disco or synthwave song but still....with all the other retro genres out there i'm not sure why a lot of companies keep defaulting to the same two.
