I can’t get over JYP putting Vcha in the basement ​

Not the longest basement, but immediately thought of Xdinary Heroes debuting with "Happy Death Day" and then immediately being shunted into the basement with no news, no insta updates, nothing, for seven months, when they got let out to release a mini.

They've more than made up for it, but there was a period of time where it was very wtf, why isn't JYP letting them do anything when Happy Death Day was pretty well received (all things considered, given they're a pop/punk/rock band.)

That was predebut. A year between the end of the survival show and their predebut single and then about 7 more months for debut. Since debuting they've had stuff pretty regularly, though a lot of them are singles, Japanese versions/songs, and so on.
