Get into the DC verse I swear
They really have such an amazing roster and plotlines and variety, after reading enough stories from both camps, I find DC superior tbf, too bad they fucked up with their movie universe and MCU basically built an unassailable lead rn.

Anyway my favorite superheroes/villains:

DC:

1. Nightwing (ult bias) aka Dick Grayson aka the first Robin.
2. Superman- when I see someone say he's too noble and boring It's a shame DCEU can't handle him on the big screen like MCU does with Captain America.
3. The Joker
4. John Constantine
5. The Flash

Marvel:

1. Spiderman (co-ult bias)
2. Captain America
3. Dr. Doom
4. Cyclops
5. Daredevil

Fun fact: Shazam was originally called Captain Marvel. He's a 12 year old boy called Billy Batson, who transforms into this adult superpowered man when he shouts the word "Shazam".
BUT Marvel also came out with their superhero Carol Danvers who went by the name Captain Marvel and there was a long lawsuit after which DC stuck with calling their character Shazam.

Shazam used to be SUPER popular during the OLD years, sold more comics than Superman once upon a time.

Well tbf that was in the 1940s lol, he's been around since 1939, one of the earliest superheroes.
He's still popular but not as big as he used to be. Movie was good though, coz even when he's transformed into this big strong dude who fights villains with superpowers, he's still a 12 year old kid

Yeah he's just 12 years old lol, it's pretty fun

He is pretty goofy/funny so I guess his costume isn't that badass looking lol, it looks okay sometimes though, in the comic books.

I'm not as big of a DC fan but Flash was alright until they drained it with all the time traveling.
