The bird one is the one that wasn’t a CIA operation. Though that is inspired by Operation Fantasia, which dates back to WW2. The US tried to paint foxes with glow in the dark paint in order to release them in Japan, which had superstitions about glowing fox spirits. It was planned and tested to a surprising level, but never fully implemented. But WW2 also predates the formation of the CIA, though it was also an American government plan.

The prostitutes one was planned and happened, and may have the death of one American scientist associated with, which was previously claimed to be a suicide but now many believed to have been a murder. It was called Operation Midnight Climax. They also had congressional hearings where ex-CIA members were brought in for interrogation on crimes associated with the project, and an executive order was signed in 1976 prohibiting experimenting on anyone in the US with drugs without their informed consent, directly as a result of this operation.

The beard one was also true, and planned to some level. It ended up not happening, believed to be associated with a specific trip to the UN in New York that Castro had canceled last minute.

It’s like the birds aren’t really conspiracy except here the conspiracy is that there’s a conspiracy when in reality there isn’t a conspiracy Though birds have featured in crazy projects by the US government. At one point the government was training pigeons to use as steering devices for missiles. The goal was that the birds would be trained to peck at a screen showing the flight of the missile when it strayed off course, allowing the government to use them to steer it basically (this was quite a while back, when tech was less advanced). That never ended up being fully implemented though

It's actually based on an operation that was planned though. In the planned one the US wanted to release glow in the dark foxes in Japan during WW2. The reasoning was that they have superstitions about fox spirits, so they thought the Japanese people would be scared and associating it with future death premonitions or something, thereby losing morale and will to keep fighting. So the idea arguably is as purposeful as the beard, since it was planned for a specific purpose (just different enemies and animal choice)
