Best to lose I think is taste. From a danger perspective taste doesn’t seem as dangerous as the others given our current daily situation. In the past when we had to forage food and whatnot I’m sure it would be more necessary, but you aren’t likely to come across poisonous berries or mushrooms at the grocery store. Worst would be touch, you would have trouble orienting yourself, feeling things in dangerous situations (such as a hot stove, or someone stabbing you), and overall understanding the world around you.

best: probably smell. I mean, sure, you wouldn't be able to smell your mom's homecooked meals, but then you also wouldn't be able to smell gross stuff like vomit.
worst: touch. I agree with Vix, you wouldn't be able to tell if you're in danger or not.
