Have Rh null blood (blood without any of the 61 antigens in the Rh system) or CIPA (basically a disorder that prevents feeling pain and sweating). They both would suck to have ofc. Rh null blood is crazy rare (less than 50 people currently have it) and because it has no antigens, they can not accept any blood type other than Rh null. It's great for others who have that type or a different rare type of blood because they can possibly use yours as a transfusion, but if you somehow end up needing a transfusion, your chances of finding available blood that won't cause reactions is tiny. It can also mess with pregnancies if you're female if the baby doesn't have Rh null blood and you do. CIPA is imo way scarier, so this might be a unfair battle. But the fact that you can't feel pain means you're at a bigger risk on injuring yourself because you don't realize that whatever is happening is wrong medically. Pain tells us things like don't touch the hot stove, my leg might be broken, and so on. But people with this disorder won't be getting any of those cues. The chance of overheating and getting heatstroke is also much higher because of the lack of sweat.

Honestly, neither, but if I must choose, then CIPA.
