I ordered a diamond painting from them and mostly finished, but I ran out of 2 colors. I emailed them asking about it, and they asked me to tell how many I need for both. I painstakingly counted them (it was forever because they forgot over 600 of one of the colors) and sent the numbers and colors. They took ages to ship, but the also only sent me one color. I asked them about it and they said they’d send the second color. A month later I emailed again because I got no response and they said the issue was the color code I sent was wrong (and that was probably the issue from the start with that color). Now the last part was my fault, I do admit I switched a number. But even then if they notice that it’s wrong, if the logical next step not to email back to clarify the problem rather than say nothing at all?

wow, all at once??? You'd think your teacher would split them up into different units... like, the bones in your head and neck for one, the vertebrae for the next... etc. Unless they already do that and you're just overwhelmed in general?

Well. I'm in school for vet tech and so I'm learning the skeletal structure of basically farm animals and all pets. So that's the issue. I have to learn all of that while using the human body as a baseline. Making it so I have to retain a lot.
