but i know he will have no chance, because Koreans will never vote for a foreigner who is not from an asian country

first yes esteem is a filial of sm but their lack of skills is not because esteem and sm don't have the same training, but because esteem is a model agency so they don't train their trainee in dancing, singing etc....
secondly no Woolim is no longer a filial of SM they stop theiir deal

sm doesnt even participate in their training, they just get stocks from the company after buying it. mnet is just trying to use the sm clout. esteem has nothing to do with sm. most models in esteem are people who auditioned for a trainee position in sm but didnt get it.

i mean no offense but why doesnt he just become a singer in french? they have an entertainment industry of their own. obviously, people are going to admire or look up to celebs who look like them or they can relate to. it makes sense for them to vote for korean or asian trainees. its Korean pop after all. i dont understand people who complain about kpop not being diverse when its obviously targeted towards the asian market and america+europe all have their own industry where asians arent even represented enough. theyre not obligated to accommodate to a foreigner.

He is half french half korean, so why because he is half french he should become an artist in france and not in korea even if he is half korean?
Also i don't see where is the problem it's their life they can do whatever they want, then, why are you not complaining about japanese or chinese debuting in kpop group, because at the end they all want to debut in kpop because the style interest them more
Plus why would he want to debut in france when like you said they don'y have any representation, if there's no asiat on tv here it's not some random asian guy who will change something, he have much more chance to debut in kpop than here
